Privacy
How Luxe CA Authentic Enterprise collects, uses and protects your personal information.
When you enquire about a vehicle, request an importation or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number and the message or vehicle you are interested in.
When you complete a payment, our payment provider processes your card or mobile money details. We never see or store your full payment details.
To respond to your enquiries, source vehicles on your behalf and coordinate shipping and delivery.
To send you newsletters about new arrivals, importation updates and offers — only if you have ticked the consent box and confirmed your email address.
To keep records of orders and reservations.
We only add you to our newsletter after you tick the consent box and click the confirmation link we email you. We record the date and time of your consent.
Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you from the mailing list immediately, with no login required. You can also email or call us and we will remove you.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the website and deliver your vehicle — for example our email delivery provider, our payment provider and shipping partners.
Subscriber and enquiry records are stored securely and are only accessible to authorised Luxe CA administrators.
We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you, and remove it on request.
You may ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
Contact us on 0552675329 or through the contact page and we will act on your request.
